Review

This scent is a dream for Rose lovers. Palo Alto wood adds naturally smoky essence to the blend, never becoming too woody as a refreshing blend of Grapefruit, Freesia, and a Sea Salt accord add a gentle aquatic element. In some moments it is a refreshing and zesty rose scent. In other moments, it is sultry and almost like a Rose Incense. It is light enough that it can be worn to the office, but has enough body to it to work for any casual or formal occasion, or any time you want to feel amazing. It is suitable for all seasons and will last while remaining light. If you love scents like A La Rose from Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Delina or Delina La Rosee from Parfums de Marly, or Delox from Tiziana Terenzi, you will love this scent.

Inspiration

Sans Voir refers to ‘Blindfold Chess’, where players do not see the positions of the pieces, and do not touch them, but play from recollection.

Notes

Rose is felt immediately upon first spray of this scent. The Palo Alto Wood follows close behind, first gentle, then a little smoky, then gentle and smoky at the same time. Bright Grapefruit, delicate Freesia, and a refreshing Sea Salt Accord add an airiness that is absolutely delightful. Cypress and Incense boost the Palo Alto wood to keep it lingering as everything blends and dries down together. A touch of Guaiac Wood and sultry Musk add depth and longevity.
